Blue Cheese Scoops!^®

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 red pepper, finely chopped
• 1 bag Tostitos^® Scoops!^® tortilla chips

Mix together all ingredients except red pepper. Put a bit of mixture into each scoop and garnish with red pepper. Serve immediately.
